01International Logistics Sales Team Leader
We are always looking for senior sales professionals with proven international logistics business development skills.
Beyond selling existing services, you will develop customers, design logistics solutions, coordinate global partners and build lasting customer relationships, helping us expand into new markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop domestic and overseas corporate customers
- Build business in international ocean freight, air freight, cross-border and integrated logistics
- Design logistics solutions around customer needs
- Develop and manage key accounts and long-term projects
- Work with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines and partners
- Identify opportunities in new countries, trade lanes and business areas
Who we’re looking for
Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, 3PL, cross-border logistics or related fields, with the ability to develop and manage customers independently.
We value practical business skills, customer understanding and the ability to turn opportunities into lasting business more than an impressive résumé.

G&K GLOBAL is moving AI beyond a supporting tool and into real logistics workflows.
We are looking for someone who can connect AI agents, automation and enterprise systems. This role goes beyond using ChatGPT or producing demos: you will help design and implement the company’s intelligent workflows.
Key areas of work
- Design, build and deploy AI agents in real business settings
- Automate enterprise workflows
- Integrate AI capabilities with ERP / CRM systems
- Connect APIs and third-party systems
- Automate logistics inquiries, quotations and business processes
- Automate document and data processing
- Build internal knowledge bases and RAG applications
- Apply AI to customer service and internal operations
- Continually identify workflows that AI can improve
Who we’re looking for
Fluency with modern AI tools and the ability to turn AI capabilities into practical business productivity.
If you work with AI Agents, LLMs, APIs, n8n, workflow automation, RAG, ERP/CRM integration or related technologies, we would like to hear from you.
